India Pale Ale
Medium-bodied IPA that boasts a generous amount of late and dry hop additions that shine through in the aroma and flavor
The West Coast's answer to the New England IPA. A crisp, light-bodied ale with plenty of hop aroma and a uniquely dry finish.
An intense, strong and hoppy India Pale Ale. Warrior, Apollo, Columbus and Glacier hops are featured, with enough malt flavor to balance things out.
New England IPA
Hazy and juicy with the intense, fresh hop aroma of Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Azacca
A Saison with a bit more bite. Fermented with a Belgian yeast that produces some lemon/citrus flavor and peppery notes.
A light, refreshing, mildly sour German beer brewed with coriander, sea salt, lemon and orange peel. Aged with organic cranberries from Fresh Meadows Farm in Carver.
Easy-drinking ale, lightly hopped with Centennial and Cascade. 100% pure Apricot puree is added after fermentation for a little sweetness.
Extra Special Bitter is an English style ale that - despite the name - has a rich, malty flavor and virtually no hop bitterness.
A complex and flavorful roasty character with hints of coffee. Madagascar vanilla beans are added for a residual sweetness.
A dry Stout with freshly shucked oysters added to the boil for a hint of salt and brine in the finish.
